Heyas, my beautiful rock lickers!

It's been extremely quiet here for quite some time which is due to university picking up its game and gently laying most of its students down for the horror that was mid-semester woes. Alas, there is time for one final Geosource Inc. field trip to the Heathcote Fault Zone to look at some blueschists, greenschists, fault melange and do some mapping!

I'll post the dates soon but I'm hoping to have the field trip on the 21st of May which is in week 12 (sorry!).

Also, revision sessions are being planned across the following units:

  • ESC3201 - Deformation of the crust

  • ESC3421 - Ig and Met petrology

  • ESC3311 - Regional Mapping: Geophysics

  • ESC3190 - Hydrogeology and environmental geoscience

Since hydrogeology and geophysics have plenty of material for study, I'll be providing more help with the former two.
